Amin Seddiq

Beverage Director

Amin Seddiq has long served as Beverage Director at Taco Bamba, where he oversees a huge mezcal-focused bar program that features original cocktail menus at over a dozen locations. In addition to working with Chef Victor Albisu at Taco Bamba, Seddiq collaborated with him at his chic, contemporary Mexican restaurant Poca Madre, and before that at his smoke-infused South American grill, Del Campo. Prior stops include Think Food Group's Oyamel in Washington, D.C., and Top of the Tower in Manhattan's Midtown East neighborhood. In 2023, Seddiq was part of the core Taco Bamba team that traveled to Oaxaca to collaborate with the Maestro Mezcalero Vicente Sanchez Parada and Rey Campero at the distillery’s La Candela Palenque to create Taco Bamba's signature mezcal.
