The Big Game Platter

Fuel yourself for gameday with 18 Bamba wings served with Bamba Buffalo, chili garlic, & cotija poblano ranch, Bamba nachos with chips, choice of traditional meats (excluding seafood), queso, guacamole, pickled jalapeno, pico de gallo, crema, and morita salsa.

Pack The Bowl

Our answer to a salad, bowls are individually packed with choice of traditonal meats or fillings including carne asada, chorizo, birria, al pastor, chicharron, lengua, barbacoa, camaron, pescado, carnitas, spicy ’shroom, and tinga. Each bowl is layered with Bamba Power Mix (kale, carrots, cabbage, sprouts), sweet corn & black bean quinoa, marintaed avocado, cucumber pico de gallo, garlic herb spread, pickled onions & chilies, Mexi-trail mix (toasted pumpkin seeds, crispy onions, crushed corn tortillas, & salsa verde Ranch. Bowls are available for pick-up or delivery for groups of 10 to 50. Limit of five filling choices per group.

Individual Taco Boxes

Our tasty taco boxes are individually packed with two tacos, rice, and beans. Choice of fillings include barbacoa, camaron, carnitas, spicy ’shroom, and tinga. Make your Taco Box even tastier by adding grilled guacamole, chips, and a drink. Boxes are available for pick-up or delivery for groups of 20 to 250.

Breakfast Taco Boxes

Our tasty taco boxes are individually packed with two tacos, rice, and beans. Two corn tortilla tacos with cheddar omelette, chorizo, guacamole, crema, cotija, pickled onions, cilantro & pico de gallo. Make your Taco Box even tastier by adding grilled guacamole, chips, and a drink for $6. Boxes are available for pick-up or delivery for groups of 20 to 250
